Specifically, we would like you to see and confirm this for yourself, but basically, we cannot provide refunds or changes for cancellations due to bad weather, natural disasters, epidemics, flight delays, etc., which are beyond our control.
Recently, there was a large earthquake in Tohoku and Hokkaido, and Japan is a country that is prone to natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, as well as severe weather, especially in winter. Our facility strongly recommends that each individual take out earthquake insurance in case of an emergency.
