Information for Group Reservations
STAY Moiwayama accepts reservations for groups and large parties. We can accommodate up to 60 people, so please consider us as accommodation for events, club activities, weddings, and other occasions.
Events and club activities
For example, accommodation while participating in the YOSAKOI Soran Festival.
Accommodation in the city center tends to fill up quickly with group bookings, and parking fees are also charged. At our facility, parking is free for one car per room.
As accommodation for a wedding
There are many wedding venues and churches in the vicinity of STAY Moiwayama, such as Hillside Club Geihinkan Sapporo and Shalom Church. All of them are within a 10-minute drive, making our facility very conveniently located for accommodation during weddings.
Even when traveling in a group
We welcome student club trips and family get-togethers. Since each booking is for a group of several people, it's perfect for close friends or family to relax and enjoy their trip without any worries.
*Please note that we may be forced to decline your request if we are unable to provide enough rooms for the number of people.
*Depending on the situation, you may be staying in both the STAY Moiwayama building (Royal Heights) and the STAY Moiwayama II building (Palace 24), but as they are adjacent buildings on the same premises, it will not be difficult to move between them.
~ How to make a group accommodation reservation ~
1. Contact
If your group cannot accommodate all guests in one reservation, please contact us as soon as possible after your planned stay dates are decided. Please let us know your planned stay dates, the number of guests, and the number of parking spaces required, if any.
2. Provisional Reservation
We will check the room availability, and if there are no issues, we will reserve the room and send you a price estimate.
3. Advance payment
A portion of the total fee is required as a deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your payment.
We will also provide you with information regarding the payment deadline for the remaining balance and our cancellation policy for your reservation.
4. Payment of the remaining balance
Please pay the remaining balance of your accommodation fee by the specified date and then come to the hotel on the day of your scheduled stay.
Accommodation rates vary depending on the circumstances, so we cannot give you a precise price.
Depending on the number of guests and room availability, we may be able to offer you a service fee, so please feel free to contact us for a consultation.
