Usage Situations
STAY Moiwayama is convenient for a variety of situations. We can accommodate small groups as well as large parties. With a maximum capacity of 60 people, please consider us as accommodation for events, club activities, weddings, and more.
Events and club activities
For example, accommodation while participating in the YOSAKOI Soran Festival.
Accommodation in the city center tends to fill up quickly with group bookings, and parking fees are also charged. At our facility, parking is free for one car per room.
As accommodation for a wedding
There are many wedding venues and churches in the vicinity of STAY Moiwayama, such as Hillside Club Geihinkan Sapporo and Shalom Church. All of them are within a 10-minute drive, making our facility very conveniently located for accommodation during weddings.
Even when traveling in a group
We welcome student club trips and family get-togethers. Since each booking is for a group of several people, it's perfect for close friends or family to relax and enjoy their trip without any worries.

Please make use of the space around the living room and use it as a base before and after the fan meeting.
At girls' gatherings, mom's gatherings, and women's group meetings
The kitchen and cooking utensils are fully equipped, so you can enjoy cooking and relax without having to worry about anyone else.
Club/circle/society training camp/practice camp
It can be used not only for overnight stays, but also for preparations and meals.
Family and friends gatherings, memorial services, celebrations
Since each unit is rented out individually, it is possible for families to stay there.
Please use this for various gatherings.
Student/International Student Pre-Stay Visit/Long-Term Stay
It can also be used as temporary accommodation for purposes such as visiting a location or before enrolling in school.
During training, workshops, and meetings for companies and organizations
During the day, it can be used for meetings and conferences. In the evenings, it can be effectively used as a place for socializing.
As a base camp for location shoots and filming.
Please use this as accommodation and resting place for your film crew and staff.
As a venue for workshops and various classes
It can also be conveniently used for cooking and craft classes.
Temporary housing
As temporary accommodation when you can't live at home, such as during the period of moving or unpacking.

~ How to make a group accommodation reservation ~
1. Contact
If your group cannot accommodate all guests in one reservation, please contact us as soon as possible after your planned stay dates are decided. Please let us know your planned stay dates, the number of guests, and the number of parking spaces required, if any.
2. Provisional Reservation
We will check the room availability, and if there are no issues, we will reserve the room and send you a price estimate.
3. Advance payment
A portion of the total fee is required as a deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive your payment.
We will also provide you with information regarding the payment deadline for the remaining balance and our cancellation policy for your reservation.
4. Payment of the remaining balance
Please pay the remaining balance of your accommodation fee by the specified date and then come to the hotel on the day of your scheduled stay.
Accommodation rates vary depending on the circumstances, so we cannot give you a precise price.
Depending on the number of guests and room availability, we may be able to offer you a service fee, so please feel free to contact us for a consultation.
*Please note that we may have to decline your request if we are unable to provide rooms for the number of people in your party.
* Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to stay in either the STAY Moiwayama building (Royal Heights) or the STAY Moiwayama II building (Palace 24). However, these buildings are adjacent to each other on the same premises, so moving between them will not be difficult.
