Information for group use
STAY Moiwayama also accepts reservations for large groups. We can accommodate up to 60 people, so please feel free to use it as a place to stay for events, club activities, weddings, etc.
At events and club activities
For example, accommodation when participating in the YOSAKOI Soran Festival.
Accommodations in the city center tend to fill up quickly with group reservations and require parking fees, but our facility offers free parking for one car per room.
As a place to stay for weddings
There are many wedding venues and churches in the vicinity of STAY Moiwayama, such as Hillside Club Geihinkan Sapporo and Shalom Church. Both are within a 10-minute drive, making this facility a very convenient location for accommodation during weddings.
Even when traveling in groups
We are also looking forward to your use for student club trips and family get-togethers. As we only accommodate a few people at a time, you can feel at ease with your close friends or family.
*Please note that we may be forced to decline your request if we are unable to provide enough rooms for the number of people.
*Depending on the situation, you may be staying in both the STAY Moiwayama building (Royal Heights) and the STAY Moiwayama II building (Palace 24), but as they are adjacent buildings on the same premises, it will not be difficult to move between them.
～ Group accommodation reservation process ～
1. Contact Us
If the number of guests cannot be accommodated in one room, please contact us as soon as possible after deciding on the date of your stay. Please let us know the date of your stay, the number of guests, and if you require parking, the number of spaces.
2. Tentative Reservation
We will check the availability of the rooms and if there are no problems, we will reserve the room and send you a quote.
3. Advance payment
We require you to pay a portion of the total fee as a deposit, and your reservation will be confirmed once we have confirmed your payment.
We will also inform you of the remaining payment deadline and cancellation policy for your reservation.
4. Pay the remaining balance
Please pay the remaining balance of the accommodation fee by the specified date and arrive on the day of your scheduled stay.
Accommodation fees vary depending on the situation, so we cannot give you a general estimate.
We may be able to provide you with a service fee depending on the number of guests and room availability, so please feel free to contact us first.
