[Parking Information]
Parking requires a reservation. After booking your accommodation through the travel booking website, please inform us of your parking reservation request via the chat function.
[Parking Reservation Process]
1. Make a hotel reservation through Booking.com, Agora, or similar services.
↓
2. You will be able to use a chat function to communicate directly with our facility.
↓
3. Please send a message via chat indicating your desire to use the parking space and providing the license plate number of your vehicle (motorcycles are also acceptable).
↓
4. We will check for parking space availability, and if there are no issues, your reservation will be confirmed.
* For parking of two or more vehicles, please contact us via chat as availability will be subject to change. Please note that an additional charge of 1,000 yen per vehicle per night will apply for the second and subsequent vehicles.
[Location and Notes for Parking Reservations]
The parking lot is located across the road from the facility grounds. You will need to take the side road next to where the yellow box is placed (please note that the box may be removed in the future...). Please also refer to the summary image and Google Map below.
There are 7 parking spaces on the right side and 2 spaces on the left side near the entrance to the parking lot, so please park your car in any available space.
If you have a large amount of luggage or large items, please use the designated unloading area next to the entrance of STAY MoiwayamaⅡ (please unload your luggage as quickly as possible and refrain from parking for extended periods).
After parking your vehicle, please proceed to the right as indicated on the sign, cross the road, and come to the facility. (Although it is a slightly longer route, we kindly ask that you use the nearest pedestrian crossing.) Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for accidents or troubles in the parking lot, or for accidents that occur while moving from the parking lot to the accommodation facility.
