■ STAY Moiwayama II (Property name: Palace 24) Total of 5 rooms (202, 203, 401, 403, 502)
STAY Moiwayama 108 and STAY Moiwayama II 202 are treated as private lodging facilities. The other 9 rooms are all treated as hotels and can operate 365 days a year (as of December 2025).
