At Stay Moiwayama, we use a prepayment system via a reservation site service and an unmanned auto-lock system at check-in, ensuring that our guests can enjoy their stay in Sapporo as stress-free as possible.

[Repeat guests]
Repeat guests can also book their next stay without going through a booking site.
① Please take home the "shop card" provided inside the room.
② Once your next reservation is scheduled, please contact us via the LINE information provided on your shop card.
③ When contacting us, please provide the "Name," "Date of stay," "Reservation site," and "Room number" from your previous stay, as well as the "Date and time (number of nights)," "Number of people," and "Room number" for your desired reservation.
④ Once we have confirmed the availability of the room and your previous usage, we will contact you to arrange credit card payment.
⑤ Once payment is completed, your reservation will be complete.

・When entering the room, please deactivate the auto-lock using the PIN number provided in advance.
(Key boxes are hung on the doors of each room at Royal Heights, and in the postbox at the entrance at Palace 24.)

・All rooms at Stay Moiwayama are non-smoking . Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from bringing pets.
-There are also private homes in the apartment building, so please keep the noise down especially between 10pm and 7am.
