At Stay Moiwayama, we use a prepayment system via a reservation site service and an unmanned auto-lock system at check-in, ensuring that our guests can enjoy their stay in Sapporo as stress-free as possible.

Repeat guests can also book their next stay without going through a booking site.
① Please take home the "shop card" that is available inside the store.
② Once you have decided on your next appointment date, please contact us via LINE as indicated on our shop card.
③ When contacting us, please provide the following information from your previous stay: your name, the date of your stay, the booking website, and your room number, as well as the date and time of your desired reservation (number of nights), the number of guests, and your room number.
④ Once we confirm room availability and your previous booking, we will contact you with instructions for credit card payment.
⑤ Your reservation will be complete once payment is received.

Stay Moiwayama is a completely non-smoking hotel . Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Please be especially quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as there are also private residences in the apartment building.
Party and event activities are prohibited.
