Q1. What should I do if the number of guests increases after making a reservation?
Please inform us of any increase in the number of guests by the day before your stay. We will provide additional amenities and linens (an additional charge will apply for the extra linens).
Q2. We have a fairly large group; is it possible to accommodate a large number of people?
Our facility has 11 guest rooms and can accommodate up to 60 people. For large groups, please contact us as early as possible with your planned dates and number of guests so that we can check the availability of the facilities and create a plan for you. For example, if you are using our facilities as accommodation for relatives attending a wedding at a church on nearby Mt. Moiwa, we can create a plan to suit your budget, so please feel free to contact us. *Please note that there is a limit to the capacity of each room, so you may be assigned to different buildings or rooms.
Q3. Are amenities and linens included in the price?

Q4. What should I do if I want to stay for an extended period for work or other reasons?
If you let us know your desired length of stay and budget, we can recommend a plan suitable for long-term accommodation.If we are fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate your request, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Q5. What should I do if I want to extend my stay?
If rooms are available, you can stay for multiple nights, so please let us know if you wish to extend your stay.
Q6. I would like to check out late. Is this possible?
If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact us at least one day in advance. However, please note that there may be times when we are unable to accommodate late check-out requests, such as during peak seasons.
Q7. I want to change my reservation on the travel website. How do I do that?
To change your reservation, you must contact the travel website you used (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, etc.) directly. We do not accept changes on your behalf.
Q8. I made a reservation through Booking, but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please contact the support team of the travel website (Booking) you used to make your reservation.Additionally, please check the entrance of your accommodation, as it will display contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, LINE, and WhatsApp.
Q9. What is the accommodation tax?
Hokkaido and Sapporo City will introduce a lodging tax system from April 1, 2026. If you are staying in Sapporo City... ● For lodging fees of less than 20,000 yen per person per night, a total of 300 yen will be charged: 100 yen for Hokkaido's lodging tax and 200 yen for Sapporo City's lodging tax.● For accommodations costing between 20,000 yen and 50,000 yen per person per night, a total of 400 yen is charged: 200 yen for Hokkaido's accommodation tax and 200 yen for Sapporo City's accommodation tax.● For accommodation rates of 50,000 yen or more per person per night, a total of 1,000 yen will be charged: 500 yen for Hokkaido's accommodation tax and 500 yen for Sapporo City's accommodation tax. The user pays these taxes to the accommodation facility, and the facility then pays them to the tax authorities. Q10. I canceled a reservation on a travel website, but I can't make a new one. Why?
Due to shortened itineraries or other changes, if you cancel a previous booking on a travel booking website, you may not be able to make a new booking.This phenomenon occurs when your planned stay dates overlap with your previous booking, and you attempt to book the same room. It's likely because, at the time of your new booking, the travel booking website's system either hasn't yet registered the room as available, or someone else has already booked it for the same date.In reality, there may be vacancies, so in such cases, please contact the facility directly using the inquiry form on this website. We will check and get back to you.
Q11. Can minors stay overnight without an adult?
Generally, it is possible. However, if minors are staying alone, a consent form from their guardian and final confirmation from the guardian are required.Please include the contact information of the parent or guardian on the consent form, and we will contact and confirm with the parents or guardians of all guests scheduled to stay with us.Please note that we cannot accept accommodation contracts without parental consent or if false information is provided.Instructions on how to download and submit the consent form will be provided when you make your reservation.Furthermore, we would be grateful if parents could instruct their children to abide by the house rules before their stay.
