Q1. What should I do if the number of guests increases after booking?
Please let us know by the day before your stay if the number of people will be increasing. We will provide additional amenities and linens (additional linen fees will be charged separately).
Q2. We have a fairly large group. Is it possible to accommodate a large group?
Our facility has nine private lodging rooms and can accommodate up to 50 people. For large groups, please let us know the planned dates and number of people as early as possible so we can confirm availability and create a plan. For example, if you are planning to use the facility as accommodation for relatives during a wedding ceremony at a church on nearby Mount Moiwa, we can create a plan to suit your budget, so please feel free to contact us. *There is a maximum capacity for each room, so buildings and guest rooms may be separated. Thank you for your understanding.
Q3. Are amenities and linens included in the price?
Amenities and linens for the number of people booked are included in the accommodation fee.
Amenities and linens include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush,
Face towels and bath towels are provided.
Q4. What should I do if I want to stay long-term for work or other reasons?
If you let us know the length of your stay and your budget, we will be happy to provide you with a long-term stay plan.
If we are fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate your request, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Q5. What should I do if I want to stay an additional night?
If there are rooms available, you can stay for multiple nights, so please let us know if you would like to stay for multiple nights.
Q6. I would like to check out late. Is this possible?
If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact us at least one day in advance. However, please note that there may be times when we are unable to accommodate late check-out requests, such as during peak seasons.
Q7. I would like to change my reservation on a travel site. What should I do?
To change your reservation, you must contact the travel site you used (e.g. Agoda, Booking.com, etc.) directly. We cannot make changes on your behalf.
Q8. I made a reservation through Booking, but I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please contact the support of the travel site (Booking) you used to make your reservation.
Also, please be sure to check the entrance of the local accommodation facility, where you will find contact information and access details such as phone number, email address, LINE and WhatsApp.
Q9. What is the accommodation tax?
Hokkaido and Sapporo will introduce an accommodation tax system from April 1, 2026.
If you are staying in Sapporo...
● For accommodation fees of less than 20,000 yen per person per night, the Hokkaido accommodation tax will be 100 yen and the Sapporo accommodation tax will be 200 yen, for a total of 300 yen.
● For accommodation fees between 20,000 yen and 50,000 yen per person per night, the Hokkaido accommodation tax is 200 yen and the Sapporo accommodation tax is 200 yen, for a total of 400 yen.
● For accommodation fees of 50,000 yen or more per person per night, there is a Hokkaido accommodation tax of 500 yen and a Sapporo city accommodation tax of 500 yen, for a total of 1,000 yen.
The tax is paid by the guest to the accommodation facility, and then the accommodation facility pays the tax. Please note that this is per person per night, not per stay, so if there are a large number of people or the number of nights, the tax burden may be unexpectedly large, so we appreciate your understanding.
