[Special provisions regarding force majeure]

Even in the event of the following force majeure circumstances, our facility will not, in principle, offer refunds or make changes. We appreciate your understanding.

- Bad weather (heavy snow, torrential rain, typhoons, etc.)
- Natural disasters such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions - Outbreaks of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and influenza - Suspension, delays, or cancellations of flights and other public transportation

[Regarding exceptions]

In the event of special circumstances, such as business closures due to local government emergency declarations or government requests, we will consider alternative arrangements. In such cases, please contact our inn as soon as possible.

[Travel insurance is recommended]

To prepare for the cancellation or modification of your trip due to the force majeure events mentioned above, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance yourself.
