[Special provisions regarding force majeure]
As a general rule, we cannot offer refunds or changes to reservations even in the event of any of the following force majeure events . Thank you for your understanding.
・Bad weather (heavy snow, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.)
・Natural disasters such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions
・The spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and influenza
・Suspension, delays, or cancellations of flights and other public transportation

If there are special circumstances, such as a local government's declaration of a state of emergency or a government request to suspend operations, we will consider other measures. In such cases, please contact our hotel as soon as possible.
[Travel insurance is recommended]
We strongly recommend that you take out your own trip cancellation insurance to prepare for the possibility of trip cancellation or changes due to the above-mentioned force majeure events.
