We recommend that you provide your contact information so that we can provide you with images of facilities, parking locations, nearby supermarkets, restaurants, hot springs, ski resorts, bus stops, tram stations, payment codes, etc. It will also make it easier to contact us in the unlikely event of an accident or other problem, so please be sure to register.

■ About garbage

At STAY Moiwayama, our staff will collect your trash from inside the room, so please do not take it outside. If you would like your trash collected, please contact us. (If you do not request this, your trash will be collected after you check out.)

 

[For consecutive nights]

 

If you would like to throw away trash, please contact us via the chat on the travel booking site or by scanning the LINE or WATSapp code in your room.

 

If you let us know the day before, our staff will collect your trash between 10am and 12pm the next morning and leave a new trash bag in your mailbox.

 

Please do not throw it away in the local garbage dump.

■ About parking

Please refrain from parking anywhere other than the designated areas. In some cases, you may be reported to the police and your car may be towed away.

■ Present your passport

If staff ask you to show your passport, please present it promptly. Refusing to show it without a valid reason is a violation of the Inns and Hotels Act.

■ Regarding damage to equipment

If you damage any room furniture, such as cups or plates, please contact us immediately.

■ About traffic accidents

If you are involved in a car accident resulting in injury or property damage, please contact us. After registering for LINE or the WATS app, simply scan the QR code in your room and our staff will assist you in the case.

Previously, when a guest was involved in a property damage accident, our staff called the police, obtained an accident report, and contacted the rental car company and insurance company, allowing the guest to leave the country safely the next day.
