Providing your contact information allows us to show you images of the facility, parking locations, nearby supermarkets, restaurants, hot springs, ski resorts, bus stops, tram stations, payment codes, and more, so we highly recommend it. It also makes it easier to contact you in case of an accident or other problem, so please register.

■ About garbage

At STAY Moiwayama, our staff will collect your indoor trash, so please do not take it outside. If you would like us to collect your trash, please let us know. (If you do not request it, we will collect your trash after check-out.)

[For consecutive nights]

If you would like to dispose of your trash, please contact us via the chat function on the travel booking website, or by scanning the LINE or WhatsApp code provided in your room.

If you contact us the day before, our staff will collect the trash between 10 AM and 12 PM the following day, and we will leave a new trash bag in your mailbox.

Please refrain from discarding it in nearby garbage dumps.

■ About parking

Please refrain from parking anywhere other than the designated area. In some cases, the police may be notified and your vehicle may be towed.

■ Present your passport

Please present your passport promptly when requested by staff. Refusal to present it without a valid reason violates the Hotel Business Act.

■ Regarding damage to equipment

If you damage any of the room's furnishings, such as cups or plates, please contact us immediately.

■ About traffic accidents

If you are involved in a car accident resulting in personal injury or property damage, please contact us. After registering with LINE or the WATS app, scan the QR code in your room, and our staff will assist you.

Previously, when a guest was involved in a property damage accident, our staff called the police, obtained an accident report certificate, and contacted the rental car company and insurance company, allowing the guest to depart the country safely the next day.
