If you wish to disclose your accommodation history, we will ask you to verify your identity using one of the following methods.

 

1. Direct inquiries from guests themselves

 

Please contact the property directly by phone or email.
We will ask you to provide information such as your name at the time of booking, your stay date, and contact information to verify your identity.

 

2. Inquiries as a Representative

 

If you are collecting information on behalf of a guest, you may be required to submit the following documents.

 

・Please provide the name used at the time of reservation, the date of stay, and contact information for both the guest and the proxy. ・A letter of attorney from the guest (signed and stamped by the guest)
・Identification documents of both the guest and the representative (copy of driver's license, passport, etc.)

Our facility places the highest priority on protecting our customers' personal information, and has clarified its response policy, which is set out below.

When disclosing personal information, including your accommodation history, our facility will only do so after going through the above-mentioned thorough identity verification procedures. There are no exceptions to this.

 

2. Response to Unauthorized Acquisition

 

In the unlikely event that we discover that information may have been obtained by any illicit means (such as impersonation, unauthorized access, or insider misconduct) without using our systems or procedures, we will immediately conduct an internal investigation to determine the cause and take measures to prevent recurrence. If necessary, we will take legal action, including reporting the incident to the police or other relevant authorities.
