[Regulations and policies regarding the disclosure of accommodation information]

Your accommodation history constitutes important personal information of you. Therefore, if we cannot reliably verify your identity, we cannot disclose this information to third parties from the standpoint of protecting personal information.

If you wish to access your accommodation history, please verify your identity using one of the following methods.

1. Direct inquiries from the guest themselves.

Please contact our facility directly by phone or email if you are a guest.
We will ask you to provide your name, check-in date, contact information, and other details used at the time of booking, so that we can verify your identity.

2. Inquiries made by an agent

If you are obtaining information on behalf of the guest, you may be required to submit the following documents.

- Provide the name used for the reservation, the date of stay, and contact information for both the guest and their representative. - Provide a power of attorney from the guest (with the guest's signature and seal).
- Identification documents for both the guest and their representative (copies of driver's license, passport, etc.)


At our facility, we prioritize the protection of our customers' personal information, and we have clearly defined our response policy, which is outlined below.

1. Thorough and strict identity verification

As stated above, our facility will only disclose personal information, including guests' accommodation history, after completing a thorough identity verification process. There are no exceptions to this rule.

2. Response to fraudulent acquisition

In the unlikely event that information is found to have been obtained through any fraudulent means (such as impersonation, unauthorized access, or misconduct by an insider) without going through our systems or procedures, we will immediately conduct an internal investigation to determine the cause and take measures to prevent recurrence. If necessary, we intend to take legal action, including reporting to the police or other relevant authorities.

3. A request to our customers

If you have any concerns about whether your personal information is being misused, please contact our facility directly. We will then proceed with the usual identity verification procedures before discussing your concerns.
