We have recently acquired a new property in Sapporo City located in a zone permitted for hotel/inn operations. In addition, we have also acquired properties in Tomakomai City and near Yufutsu Marina that are suitable for hotel/inn operations.
Currently, there are no concrete plans for opening hotels on these properties, but we will proceed with preparations for future business development. We aim to create comfortable accommodations that make the most of the local area's charm and strive to provide services that will satisfy everyone.
