You might be coming to our facility from New Chitose Airport by JR train, bus, or rental car, but if you want to go directly without stopping anywhere, the airport shuttle bus operated by Hokuto Kotsu is actually the most convenient option. Since there are no transfers, the travel time is short, and it's only a 4-minute walk from the nearest bus stop to our facility. Plus, the fare is very reasonable at just 1,400 yen per adult!
On the other hand, using JR trains involves two transfers and is slightly more expensive than the bus. However, it's recommended if you have plenty of time or want to visit the central area of Sapporo.
The best thing about renting a car is the high degree of freedom it offers. Sapporo's city center has many one-way streets, which can be difficult for those unfamiliar with the area to drive through. However, if you don't have any business in the city center, it's a great option to drive from Chitose to Sapporo, stopping wherever you like along the way.
