Thank you for using Booking.com . We would like to inform you about minor tax changes at STAYMoiwayama. We have recently received notice from the local government that a new tax will be applied to all stays in your destination, starting April 1, 2026. As a result, STAYMoiwayama may be required to collect this tax from you. Please note that this tax applies to both adults and children. Small children and infants may be exempt if they sleep in their parents' room. The specific amount varies depending on the accommodation type and may vary from property to property. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. Aside from this minor change, your reservation remains valid under the original terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call our 24-hour customer service. Alternatively, you can contact the property directly at the number listed in your confirmation email. Thank you for using Booking.com. We hope you enjoy your stay with STAYMoiwayama. Thank you. First of all, since Booking.com is a travel booking site operated overseas, there are some concerning phrases such as "minor," but we are not involved in this matter, so please understand. Also, while the text mentions small children and infants, our facility does not charge accommodation fees for small children and infants. In other words, the tax burden is calculated as the number of people incurring accommodation fees multiplied by the number of nights stayed.

This accommodation tax will be added to the rate for stays from April 1, 2026 onwards, regardless of the date and time of the reservation. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
