STAY Moiwayama currently has 10 private lodging facilities: 5 rooms (201, 303, 305, 307, 308) in Royal Heights, and 5 rooms (202, 203, 401, 403, 502) in Palace 24.
Interior construction of the new room, "108," is scheduled to be completed in the middle of this month, and if all goes well, we aim to have it operational by the end of the year. With the creation of a two-bedroom room that can accommodate up to six people, it will be possible for even more people to use the facility than before.
Monthly contracts for Room 108 are expected to be available from around spring next year, so we would be grateful if you would consider using it for long-term stays.
