The Japanese-style room can also be used conveniently.

Apr 13, 2026

Of the 11 units in our facility, units 108, 201 , and 308 in STAY Moiwayama (Royal Heights), and units 202, 401, and 502 in STAY Moiwayama II (Palace 24) have tatami-floored Japanese-style rooms. These Japanese-style rooms are very popular with guests with small children, elderly guests, and foreign guests.

Especially for those with young children, we've received many kind comments from guests saying that tatami mats are more convenient for children to move around in. Also, many people may feel more comfortable sleeping on a mattress or futon on the floor rather than in a bed. We recommend choosing a room with a Japanese-style room so that your children and family can relax and feel at ease.

We also offer baby cribs for rent. If you would like to use one, please let us know by the day before your stay. We will have it ready in your room before check-in.

As additional information, if you have small children or guests with mobility issues, we recommend using STAY Moiwayama 108, which is a first-floor room with no stairs and includes a Japanese-style room.
