As part of the usage guide on this website, we have posted a section entitled " House Rules Information ," which asks you to comply with the house rules and provides information about charges for cleaning fees, etc.
The contents are as follows:
1. Please observe the house rules
Our facility strives to provide a clean and comfortable space for all guests. Please follow the rules below to ensure a pleasant stay for the next guest. We appreciate your cooperation.
・Please dispose of trash in the designated trash cans
・Please put food waste and other items into designated garbage bags before odors or insects start to appear.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking on the futon
・Doing so may cause your futon or bed to become dirty (stains, odors, insect damage, etc.). Please enjoy your meals at the table or dining area.
・Slippers are for indoor use only
・If you go outside (in the hallways, elevators, or outdoors) wearing slippers, the room will get dirty with sand and dirt. Please wear your own shoes or sandals when going outside.
2. Regarding the charge of additional cleaning fees in the event of significant room damage
In the unlikely event that the room is found to be in a state of significant dirt or damage that clearly exceeds the scope of normal use (commonly known as a "dirty room") when you move out, normal cleaning will not be able to handle the damage, and we will charge you the following special cleaning and repair fees.
Specifically, costs may be incurred in the following situations:
・Large amounts of garbage left behind (scattered all over the room, bad odors and insects caused by leaving food waste)
-Large stains and graffiti that do not disappear on walls, floors, furniture, and curtains
・Severe stains on futons and mattresses (large spills of drinks, vomit, etc.)
・Leaving oil stains and mold in the kitchen and bathroom
- Cigarette smell, burns, or traces of smoke
・Damage or loss of equipment
Estimated costs: This will vary greatly depending on the situation, but we may charge you an additional cleaning fee of at least 20,000 to 100,000 yen for the following measures.
・Special cleaning and deodorization work by a professional company
・Cleaning or replacing futons, mattresses, carpets, etc.
・Replacing wallpaper, repairing and replacing furniture
- Compensation for business losses if the facility becomes unusable
* Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be forced to pay a large amount of money exceeding the cost of your accommodation, or you may be forced to consider legal action (including filing a police report).
When using our facility, please abide by the house rules. In order to protect the safety of the next guest and to reduce the burden on our staff, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in leaving the room in a state close to that at the time of check-in.
