Requests to observe house rules, etc.

As part of our user guide, this website includes a section titled " House Rules and Regulations ," which requests adherence to house rules and provides information regarding cleaning fees and other charges.


The details are as follows:



1. Please observe the house rules.


Our facility strives to provide a clean and comfortable space for all our guests. By following the rules below, we can ensure that subsequent guests can also enjoy a pleasant experience. Thank you for your cooperation.


・Put your trash in the designated trash can.

Please put food waste and other garbage into the designated garbage bags before odors or insects start to appear.

Please refrain from eating or drinking on the futon.

- This can cause your bedding and futons to become dirty (stains, odors, insect infestations, etc.). Please enjoy your meals at the table or dining area.

• These slippers are for indoor use only.

• If you go outside (in the hallway, elevator, or outside the room) in slippers, the room will get dirty with sand and dirt. Please wear your own shoes or sandals when going outside.


2. Regarding the charge for additional cleaning fees in cases of significant damage to the interior.


In the unlikely event that the room is found to be significantly soiled or damaged beyond normal use (commonly known as a "dirty room"), the following special cleaning and repair fees will be charged, as these cannot be addressed by regular cleaning.

Specifically, costs may be incurred in the following situations:


- Large amounts of garbage left lying around (scattered throughout the entire room, foul odors and insect infestations due to food waste being left lying around)

- Large, indelible stains or graffiti on walls, floors, furniture, and curtains

- Severe stains on bedding/mattresses (large amounts of spilled drinks, vomit, etc.)

- Leaving grease and mold in the kitchen and bathroom unattended

- Cigarette smell, burn marks, and smoke residue

- Damage to or loss of equipment


Estimated cost: While it varies significantly depending on the situation, we may charge an additional cleaning fee of at least 20,000 to 100,000 yen for the following services.


- Special cleaning and deodorization work by professional companies

Cleaning or replacement of futons, mattresses, carpets, etc.

- Wallpaper replacement, furniture repair/replacement

- Compensation for business losses in the event that the facility becomes unusable.


* Depending on the extent of the damage, we may have to consider charging a high amount exceeding the cost of accommodation, or taking legal action (including filing a police report).



When using our facility, please observe the house rules and, for the sake of the next user and to reduce the burden on our staff, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in leaving the room in a condition as close to the one you found when you checked in.
