Accommodation Terms and Conditions


[Refusal to conclude accommodation contract]


This facility will not enter into a lodging contract in the following cases:


(1) When the facility determines that the person seeking accommodation is a yakuza or a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by a yakuza member.


(2) If the person seeking accommodation is a corporation and one of its officers is a member of an organized crime group


(3) If a person intending to stay at the hotel engages in any behavior that causes significant disturbance to other guests.


(4) If a person seeking accommodation makes violent demands or requests burdens that exceed a reasonable scope from the facility or its employees


(5) When the facility determines that the person seeking accommodation is a member of an organized crime group, an organized crime group member, an organized crime group-related company or organization or its associates, or any other anti-social force (hereinafter referred to as "organized crime group or other anti-social force")



[Right to terminate the contract with this facility]


This facility reserves the right to terminate a lodging contract if it is discovered that a guest falls under any of the following circumstances.


(1) Organized crime groups and other antisocial forces


(2) Corporations or other organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime groups or their members


(3) A corporation whose officers include any member of an organized crime group.


(4) If you engage in any behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.


(5) If the person makes violent demands or requests burdens that exceed a reasonable scope against the facility or its employees
