As stated in the cancellation policy on this website, we do not provide refunds for reservations cancelled for any reason other than the following:
- Bad weather (heavy snow, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.)
- Natural disasters such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions
・Epidemics of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and influenza
・Suspension, delay, or cancellation of flights and other public transportation

If there are special circumstances, such as a local government's declaration of a state of emergency or a government request to suspend operations, we will consider other measures. In such cases, please contact our hotel as soon as possible.
In order to avoid loss of revenue in the event that a reservation is cancelled for a date that you wish to cancel but no new reservations are made for that date, we will charge 100% of the accommodation fee for cancellations made for personal reasons .
