As stated in our cancellation policy on this website, we do not offer refunds for reservation cancellations other than those listed below.
- Bad weather (heavy snow, torrential rain, typhoons, etc.)
• Natural disasters such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions
- Outbreaks of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 and influenza
- Cancellations, delays, or suspensions of flights and other public transportation.
[Regarding exceptions]
In the event of special circumstances, such as business closures due to local government emergency declarations or government requests, we will consider alternative arrangements. In such cases, please contact our inn as soon as possible.
To avoid potential revenue losses if a reservation for a requested cancellation date is cancelled and no new reservations are made for that date, our facility charges 100% of the accommodation fee for cancellations due to the guest's own reasons . We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
